What a wonderful person Myrtle was! I thoroughly enjoyed her positive attitude and sense of humor. Over the years we spent many holidays chatting while we washed the dishes. I loved hearing about life on the farm and her years attending a country school. One of my favorite stories involved Neil’s cat when he was a boy. I had her tell that story so many times over the years and it made me laugh every single time! She was a fierce Scrabble competitor and counted up points faster than anyone around the table. And she usually won! Myrtle often told me I reminded her of my grandma when she was my age and that really meant a lot to me. My deepest sympathies to you all. Myrtle will be greatly missed.

Sorry for your loss. Myrtle was a great lady, and a true friend to our family. I always enjoyed doing odd jobs for her years ago, and going on walks/rummage sale shopping with her, and my Grandma. I was so glad to see her at her party, it had been a few years since I had seen her. Heart felt sadness and condolences to her family.
