Age : 73

BernaDyne White, 73, of Trenton, North Dakota, passed away Saturday afternoon, April 14, 2018, at the CHI St. Alexius Health Williston Medical Center in Williston.

BernaDyne Marie Halfe was born on January 9, 1945 to David Halfe and Aurelia Mulhern of Standing Rock Reservation in Fort Yates, North Dakota. She was raised and educated by Jerome and Aurelia White Cloud.

BernaDyne had the voice of an angel and loved sharing her talent with everyone. She sang on the Faye Crush TV show and opened for many country music entertainers throughout the years. Singing made her happy and she always thought it was a great honor when she was asked to sing for a wedding, a loved one’s funeral or a special occasion. Her talent will never be forgotten.

BernaDyne was united in marriage to Wilbert LaDue Sr. in September of 1962. To this union were three children, Paula, Wilbert Jr. and Darryl.

BernaDyne spent her time praying for everyone, who she loved being a part of. Her love of the Lord has blessed her with an amazing “family” of prayer warriors. Be it her prayer group, Catholic Daughters, or a function of the church, she would always find a way to attend. Her love for family and friends led her on many fascinating journeys with stories for all to enjoy.

BernaDyne is survived by her daughter and son in law, Randy and Paula Brunelle, their children, Nicholas, his wife, Aimee and Dillon (Bailey) Brunelle, of Williston; son, Wilbert LaDue Jr. and his children, Sara, Allison, and Aubrey LaDue, all of Eagle Butte, SD, and son, Darryl LaDue and his children, Courtney LaDue of Colorado Springs, CO, Trinity and Casey Dyer of Williston, ND; six great grandchildren, Ledger, Chloe, Ryker, Bergen, Louie and Shaun; sisters, Kay White Cloud, of Williston, ND, Phyllis (Pepper) Young; brothers, Benjamin (Arlene) Halfe of Standing Rock and Darryl (Carolyn) White Cloud of Williston, ND; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding BernaDyne in death are her mother, Aurelia White Cloud; father, Jerry White Cloud, David Halfe; sister, Andrea Cotton; and Kipp White Cloud.
