Doris Sathe, 91, of Williston, North Dakota, passed away Thursday evening, July 12, 2012, at the Bethel Lutheran Home in Williston.

Doris Johnson was born to Adolph and Mary (Offerdahl) in Fargo, North Dakota on January 31, 1921. She was raised in Valley City, graduated from Valley City High School with the class of 1938.

On November 9, 1941, Doris was united in marriage to Irving Bruce Sathe at Olivet Lutheran Church in Fargo, ND. Aside from church, Doris also enjoyed needle point, cross stitching and knitting.

Surviving Doris are her sons, Robert Sathe and his wife, Dell Ann, of Cincinnati, OH and Donald Sathe and his wife, Beverley, of Katy, TX; one brother, Ron Johnson; one sister, Grace Sehler; nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
